UCPS - Communications Office - Purpose Statement

Our goal is to keep the public informed about the exciting things happening in the UCPS through a variety of information sources such as Inside News, the Information Guide, the UCPS Website and the news media.

UCPS Communications Office’s objectives:

To provide information about UCPS when requested.
To produce quality publications to promote a better understanding of UCPS issues, polices and accomplishments.
To support individual schools, the Board of Education, the superintendent and the administrative staff in the dissemination of information about the school system, new education policies and procedures and UCPS programs.
To build business and community support for Union County Public Schools.
