Nurse Wendy's Winter Health Tips
- Cover your sneezes and coughs with your elbow.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Eat your fruits and veggies.
- Get 60 minutes of exercise each day.
- Wash your hands for 20 seconds using lots of soap.
- Don't touch your "T" zone.
- Get a flu shot.
Please remember to stay home until you are fever free for 24hrs without the use of Tylenol or Ibuprofen.
