Ms. Terri Adams, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Adams (formerly Fleck) has lived in Hawaii, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and North Carolina. Mrs. Adams has served UCPS since 2004 as an ELA and AIG teacher at Monroe Middle, Parkwood Middle, and Weddington Middle, and as a High School English Content Facilitator and Instructional Coach at Parkwood High before joining the administration team in 2019.
Her background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications at the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Teaching at UNC-Charlotte and National Board Certification, and Post-Graduate Certification in Administration at Wingate University. Mrs. Adams previously worked in public relations at Roanoke College and in Atlanta, Georgia.
She lives in South Carolina now with her husband, Bill, and they are both avid runners and hikers. Their six children live in three states and two countries! Mrs. Adams believes in the power of positive relationships, and she is proud of the Parkwood community of support for our students’ success.
