Ms. Angela Foster, 7th Grade Assistant Principal
Ms. Angela Foster received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina in 2001. She received her Master's Degrees in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in Gifted Education from Converse College in 2005 and her Master's Level Certification in School Administration from Wingate University in 2013.
Ms. Foster previously taught for 12 years as an elementary school teacher in grades three through five and four years as a middle school assistant principal at Monroe Middle School. She has served as a mentor teacher, a school level evaluator, a testing coordinator, and a facilitator for beginning teachers. As of this summer, Ms. Foster serves as a new Assistant Principal at East Union Middle School.
Ms. Foster resides in Union County and has three daughters and a grandson. Her two youngest daughters are a sophomore and a senior at Piedmont High School, here in Union County. Away from work, Ms. Foster enjoys dinner and a movie and spending quality time with family and friends. She is looking forward to working with the students, parents, and community of East Union Middle School.
