Crafting Cards and Courage

  • Please use this link to read more about our club!

Purpose of the club -Welcome to our club! During our Crafting Cards and Courage meetings, we will create cards for the local nursing home White Oak of Waxhaw. The cards are messages of encouragement for residents who need a good smile or laugh and some motivation for the day. We also include a letter or blurb about us so they get to know us a little, too! Participating in crafting cards is such a rewarding experience, knowing that each card you make is positively impacting someone else.

Meeting Date and Time - The first Thursday of each month from 3-3:45 in E111.

The club is free and open to all students, no dues! Two new officer positions available!

Visit our club website for all up to date information - Click here! View our schedule for the year, available officer positions, and see what we are all about.

Crafting Cards and Courage wants all members to feel comfortable making cards so we are implementing some new guidelines! Masks will be worn by all members at all times, supplies will be provided individually in your very own Card Kit instead of shared, three foot social distance, and no eating during meetings.

    Don't worry,
prepackaged snacks and drinks will always be provided at the end of every meeting for you to take on the go!
