After School Program FAQs

    INFORMATION REGARDING SITES FOR 2022/2023 SCHOOL YEAR - updated March 28, 2022

    We will be keeping the following sites open:

    • Antioch
    • New Town
    • Poplin
    • Rea View
    • Sandy Ridge
    • Shiloh Valley 
    • Shiloh Valley Primary
    • Stallings
    • Unionville
    • Weddington
    • Western Union
    • Wingate

    At this time, transportation will continue to be offered to the following schools, following the plan that is in place for the 2021/2022 school year. However, it continues to be a possibility that we may be able to reopen some of the sites.

    • Fairview Elementary - transported to Unionville Elementary ASP
    • Indian Trail Elementary - transported to Shiloh Valley Elementary/Shiloh Valley Primary Elementary ASP
    • Marshville Elementary - transported to Wingate Elementary ASP
    • Porter Ridge Elementary - transported to Poplin Elementary ASP
    • Rock Rest Elementary - transported to Wingate Elementary ASP
    • Rocky River Elementary - transported to Shiloh Valley Elementary/Shiloh Valley Primary Elementary ASP
    • Sardis Elementary - transported to Poplin Elementary ASP
    • Union Elementary - transported to Wingate Elementary ASP
    • Waxhaw Elementary - transported to Western Union Elementary ASP

    All students at other sites at which no transportation is offered will remain on the Online Interest List. Reopening these sites is contingent on being able to hire staff at these sites and the school having physical space available to accommodate the program. If we are able to reopen those sites, we will contact the parents via email so they can begin enrollment. 

    These sites include:

    • Benton Heights (which would serve East and Walter Bickett)
    • Hemby Bridge
    • Kensington
    • Marvin
    • New Salem
    • Prospect
    • Wesley Chapel
