Ms. Danielle Kelly Assistant Principal
Danielle Kelly is an Assistant Principal at Monroe High School. Ms. Kelly earned her B.A. in English from Johnson C. Smith University. She also holds a Masters in Administration from Gardner Webb University and a certificate in Curriculum and Supervision from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Prior to joining Monroe High, Ms. Kelly served twelve years in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. She taught middle school English for ten years and was an Academic Facilitator/Testing Coordinator for two years. Ms. Kelly was also a cheerleading coach and was nominated Teacher of the Year for the 2005-06 school year.
Ms.Kelly is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She has three siblings, one of which is her twin. She loves reading, traveling, Atlanta Falcon's football and spending time with her family as much as possible.
