The Office of School Performance provides leadership and guidance to all UCPS school administrators, ultimately ensuring that each school’s academic programs and operations result in student success.

The Office of School Performance oversees the day-to-day operations of the school district’s 53 schools, including the implementation of various strategic plan initiatives. School Performance is responsible for ensuring the effective leadership and efficient management of schools, coaching and mentoring school leaders, executing school transformation efforts, cultivating student engagement initiatives with community partners, and facilitating the purposeful connection of school leaders with leaders in other buildings and with the appropriate support as needed.
