Andrea Davis

Ms. Davis received her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University.  She received her administrative credentials through Western Governors University and is completing clinical hours for her degree in Educational School Leadership.

Ms. Davis began her teaching career in Palm Beach County Schools in 2005.  During her time there, she served in many capacities.  She began by teaching Title I kindergarten and then transitioned into third grade.  Shortly thereafter, her passion for working with students with disabilities was evident and she began working as a special education teacher.  While in that role, Ms. Davis began working towards her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership.  She worked as an assistant principal in Florida for three years before relocating to Union County.  Upon moving to North Carolina, Ms. Davis has worked for UCPS as an EC Resource teacher for the past two years.  

Ms. Davis resides in Waxhaw and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  Ms. Davis is excited to join the East Elementary School family and bring her love of education to the community.
