What does a 2 hour delay mean when we have inclement weather?This means that if the bus normally comes at 7:30, then it should come at 9:30.
For car riders, drop off begins at 9:45 and tardy bell rings at 10:15.If we have to make up a snow day on a Saturday, what would the school day hours be?
The school day would be 7:30am-11:15am.
Does Stallings Elementary offer After School Care?Yes. If you are interested in enrolling your child, please contact the program coordinator at 704-296-0247.
The After School Program operates from the closing of school each day until 6:00 pm. We also offer a Before School program.
Does Stallings Elementary have an AIG (Academically/Intellectually Gifted) Program and an EC (Exceptional Children’s) Program?
Stallings does offer both AIG and EC services in keeping with the K-12 Program guidelines for Union County Public Schools.
Does Stallings operate on a year-round or traditional calendar?
Stallings follows the traditional calendar.
What are the school hours for Stallings Elementary?
The school day will begin at 8:15 am and end at 2:45 pm. Students can be dropped off starting at 7:45 each morning. Students are tardy that are not in their classrooms by 8:15 am when the tardy bell rings.

The school colors are black and gold. The mascot is a Stallion.
History
The first school year for Stallings Elementary School was the 2008-2009 school year. We are the home of the Stallions!
Our Mascot is the "stallion" and our colors are black and gold.
