    1. Cover your sneezes and coughs with your elbow.
    2. Get plenty of sleep.
    3. Eat your fruits and veggies.
    4. Get 60 minutes of exercise each day.
    5. Wash your hands for 20 seconds using lots of soap.
    6. Don't touch your "T" zone.
    7. Get a flu shot.

    Please remember to stay home until you are fever free for 24hrs without the use of Tylenol or Ibuprofen.
