  • FREE Math Tutoring
    Students from PRHS Math Honor Society will be at the middle school to provide Free Math Tutoring on Tuesday afternoons from 3:45-4:30 in room E107.  What a great opportunity to forge new friendships and gain some insight into high school life!

  • School Hours
    School hours are 8:45-3:45.  
    The earliest drop off is 8:00 and all students must be picked up by 4:00 unless participating in an approved afterschool activity.

  • Early Dismissal Procedures
    If a student plans to leave school before the end of the day, he/she must bring a note from home requesting early dismissal. The adult who plans to pick up the student must sign him/her out in the office by 3:15 pm and be prepared to show valid picture driver's license or passport. Also, please allow yourself enough travel time to be inside the office by 3:15.

  • Washington DC Field Trip
    The 8th grade Washington DC Field Trip will take place April 6-8, 2020.

    Students who are registered must have all school based forms, located HERE (pgs. 6-9), signed and returned to Mr. Schallenkamp (room D107). The deadline for these forms was 10/11/19. Also, remember that you can utilize the Brightspark “Help Me Travel” fundraising tool at your convenience.

    Presently, our trip is at its maximum capacity. Students may join the wait list by creating an account and entering the tour code TDGA2GE. Registration information and the proposed itinerary can be found HERE.

    Historically, we have had the privilege of fully staffing our chaperones on this trip using our school based faculty and staff. It is unlikely that we will utilize parent chaperones on this trip. In the event that the need arises, please complete this form to indicate your interest in attending the trip.

  • PowerSchool Parent Portal
    The Parent Portal is now available! If you used the Parent Portal last year, then the log in will be the same. If you are new to Parent Portal, please stop by the front office with a photo id to obtain access information. Parent Portal allows parents to view student grades, teacher contact information and attendance records.

  • "Here Comes the Bus" App
    The “Here Comes the Bus” app allows real time location of a child’s bus, and can be downloaded on smartphones, tablets or computers. Parents must sign into the 'Here Comes the Bus' App or go to to find your child's bus number, stop, and time.

  • Early Release Days
    The Early Release Days for the 2019-2020 school year:

    October 8 and March 19.

    Dismissal time is 12:45 on all Early Release Days.
    Per UCPS policy any student dismissed before 12:45 on an Early Release Day will be counted absent.
