Academic Choice

Parents and students as we start this unconventional year I would like to re-share a message with all of you that I shared with everyone earlier in the year.  Our goal at CMS this year is to continue to “Win the Day” , win it today and win it every day with our students.  Personal connections and reengaging all of our students is our primary focus for this new semester.   I have attached a short video and two articles that I shared with all families at the start of the year. Hopefully this will assist your students in continuing or establishing a quality routine each day.

As a safety precaution parents, if any student is tested for Covid for any reason please keep them home until test results are returned.

UCPS was notified by Public Health that the CDC’s guidance on international travel has been updated. Please be aware that effective immediately, UCPS will be following the guidelines below regarding international travel for all students, staff members and employees:  Recommend COVID testing 3 - 5 days after returning from the international travel AND remain at home for 7 days.  Even if the individual tests negative, remain at home for the full 7 days.  If the individual chooses not to be tested, they need to remain at home for 10 days following the international travel.
