UCPS Influencers

Popular employee recognition program is back! UCPS Influencers are honored for outstanding work

The UCPS Influencers employee recognition program began in December 2019 and was interrupted by COVID-19 in March 2020. The program is back and it has taken off again with more than 100 nominations.

The Influencers program celebrates the passion, dedication and exemplary work ethic of UCPS employees who go the extra mile every day. Influencers Norton

Each month, our staff members, students, families and community members will nominate a UCPS employee for this award to recognize the positive influence they have on the lives of others.

The newest honorees, Mallory Norton, band director at Weddington High and Veronica Weathers, after school program coordinator at Shiloh Valley Elementary, were celebrated during the Jan. 11 Board of Education meeting.
