FCCLA Food Drive

With the holidays upon us, members of Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) are continuing the tradition of giving back to the community through community service projects.

Members of FCCLA hosted a Canned Food Drive for Parkwood High Schools' in-house food pantry. FCCLA members collected canned goods and other non-perishable items from students all across our school, and the student body came out in WOLFPACK fashion to help their own.

FCCLA would like to thank all the teachers and students that donated to this year's Canned Food Drive. With your help, we collected over 900 items to support our Parkwood community. A special thank you to Mrs. Gaines's 1st block class for their donations of 300 canned goods.

Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America is a dynamic and effective national student organization that helps young men and women become leaders and address important personal, family, work, and societal issues through Family and Consumer Sciences Education. This Career and Technical Student Organization is led by Mrs. Rivers and Mrs. Hoobler.
