For the band class meeting for Monday, February 15, 2021, we did not play. Rather, we were visited by one of Ms. Lachenmayr’s good friends, Sgt. Boyd. Sgt. Boyd.

Sgt. Boyd is a trumpet player in the military band. It was fun to hear about her experiences in the military band. After she spoke, students were able to ask her questions regarding it.

This meeting gave students a glimpse into life in the military band, and maybe some will consider joining it one day!
