On March 17, PWMS had some very special guests from the Union County Education Foundation and our school board to show them the amazing things our environmental club has done through the GROW grant. From composting, to recycling, to teaching others, this grant has given our students so many opportunities to lead. In fact, the entire event was student led!

Students greeted guests, ushered them into place for an opening presentation, and then either performed a skit to propose compostable lunch trays or showed our guests to the compost area to explain what happens there each and every day. 

We couldn't be prouder. Thank you, leaders and thank you, UC Education Foundation!
