Mrs. Holgorsen graduated from St. Louis University’s Physician Assistant Master of Medical Science Program in 1998 after attending Central College in Iowa, majoring in pre-health studies and minoring in Spanish.
Her first ten years of practicing medicine included work in private family practice and moonlighting in the ER. After her second child, she began working at Clinica Family Health, in Denver, Colorado; a nationally recognized grassroots organization, that ignited her passion to help the indigent Hispanic population.
She took over her current practice, Latin Family Medical Clinic, in 2015, where she continues to provide compassionate care to the uninsured and underinsured Latino population in the Charlotte metro area.
At home, she and her husband, Nick, enjoy shuttling their three children around for their various activities. She loves to spend time at the beach, read a good mystery, and snuggle up with her German Shepherd.
