UCPS announces strategic staffing initiative for Monroe Middle
Union County Public Schools is offering a bonus for select teaching positions at Monroe Middle School. This opportunity is open to UCPS and non-UCPS employees.
- Under this strategic staffing initiative, eligible teachers will earn a $7,500 bonus in August 2025, June 2026 and October 2026. If the teacher attains, meets or exceeds growth after one year at Monroe Middle, another $7,500 will be paid in June 2027.
- Employees in these positions are also eligible to receive $3,500 annually under the High Priority/Focus bonus structure.
- Teachers hired in one of these positions and who complete the two-year contract, will earn $29,500, and could earn up to $37,000 over the two-year period.
To qualify:
- Candidates should apply through Frontline by April 1.
- Candidates should submit EVASS Teacher Value-Added report to verify a three-year average of positive growth (zero index or higher) with application materials.
