Shiloh Valley Primary welcomes new Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Ennis

Shiloh Valley Primary welcomes new Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Ennis My name is Kelly Ennis.  I am a graduate of Union County (Sun Valley High School) and am excited to be back at my old stomping ground teaching in this cluster.  I received my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and my Master's degree in Elementary Education from Wingate University.  This will be my seventh year teaching, all of which I have spent in kindergarten.

I have always known I have wanted to be a teacher.  I have a passion for kids and love watching them grow.  One of the reasons I enjoy teaching kindergarten is because I love watching how much their little brains can absorb.  I not only love teaching the academic skills kindergartners need to be successful, but also the social skills.

I love to spend time with my family outside of work.  I am married to my husband Deryl, and I have a stepdaughter Zoe, stepson Kolby, and two boys of my own, Walker and Miles.  I also love to bake, visit new places, and watch football.

I am looking forward to a great year at Shiloh Valley Primary!
