It's a Parade!

The 2019-2020 school year has been one for the history books.  Due to schools having to close because of the Coronavirus virus that did not stop UNES staff and students from celebrating the end of the school year.  On Tuesday, June 9, 2020, Union Elementary held an end of year parade.  Faculty stood outside around the school building waving and shouting “We miss you,”  “Have a great summer,” “Remember to read this summer”, blowing bubbles to families as they drove through the school parking lot.  Union Elementary families decorated their cars, made signs, and honking their car horns as they drove through the school parade route.  Students were shouting, “We Love You,” “Have a Good Summer,” and “We Miss You,” to the faculty.

One thing is very clear that Union Community cares about each other.  Union Dragons have a wonderful summer.  Remember that the faculty and staff at Union Elementary are looking forward to seeing you next year!
