Our Walter Bickett Elementary School teachers are ready to grow professionally! Many of the teachers have agreed to have a coach visit their classrooms and begin a coaching cycle. This cycle usually includes the teacher videotaping a lesson for reflection purposes. Although it can be uncomfortable watching oneself on a video, our teachers have stepped out of their comfort zone to embrace the idea and participate in this EPIC opportunity.
