Third graders in Mrs. Jacobs class earned their 200th paw from our PBIS Reward program. To celebrate, students elected to be teachers for the day. Students wrote brief lesson plans and prepared their materials to present a topic to the class. We learned about green lantern sharks, how to play chess, how to make bracelets, and how to care for a rabbit. We also had an art class and made paper bag jelly fish. Our “teachers” were well-prepared and confident with their lesson delivery as well as patient and kind with their “students”.
