Attention parents of rising 7th graders: are your child's vaccinations up to date?

North Carolina law mandates that all children entering the 7th grade have a Tdap and meningococcal conjugate vaccine.  Tdap covers your child for tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis, (also known as whooping cough). Meningococcal vaccine is given to help prevent meningitis. Please bring in proof from your health care provider with the date the vaccines were given.
