Look what happens when industrious people get together, make a plan and follow through. Our volunteers truly made a difference for our school on Saturday, November 2, 2019. Almost 80 teachers, community neighbors, students and parents turned out to contribute some considerable sweat equity. They worked for several hours cleaning up garden beds and grounds, pruning shrubs, and adding new plantings. Most impressively - 20 yards of mulch was added around the front of the building! Hope everyone enjoys the improvements.
A big thank you to Construction Supply for donating 10 yards of dyed black mulch. King’s Garden Center graciously donated all the plants for the flower pots at the office entrance. Also, special recognition to Nick’s Lawn and Landscaping for helping with the shrubs.
