Mrs. Kluttz's class learns about family and backgrounds
Mrs. Kluttz's class has discovered that each person is special because of his/her family background. Every family has a unique story to share. Students were each given a puzzle piece and challenged to decorate it with their family's background history, customs, traditions, and beliefs. In our communities, when families live as neighbors we discover similarities and differences among ourselves. When we come to school, we also show our family's character. This week as our puzzle pieces came together, we became a beautiful piece of artwork, each extraordinary in our own way. What a beautiful way to celebrate our fascinating uniqueness.
