ATTENTION CURRENT 6TH GRADE STUDENTS

Important message for current 6^th grade students regarding vaccination requirements prior to the 7^th grade year. North Carolina Immunization Law requires a booster dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (Tdap) and initial Meningococcal C vaccine (MCV) for all 7^th grade students.

If your child does not currently have evidence of these vaccines, please contact your child’s health care provider to obtain them.  Following administration of the vaccines, please submit a copy of the record to the School Nurse. This documentation must be obtained within 30 days of the start of the 2023-24 school year to meet this school enrollment requirement.
