Current 6th Grade Vaccine Requirements: Important message for current 6th grade students regarding vaccination requirements prior to the 7th grade year. North Carolina Immunization Law requires a booster dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (Tdap) and initial Meningococcal C vaccine (MCV) for all 7th grade students.  

If your child does not currently have evidence of these vaccines, please contact your child’s health care provider to obtain them.  Following administration of the vaccines, please submit a copy of the record to our school nurse through the front office. This documentation must be obtained within 30 days of the start of the 2023-24 school year to meet the school enrollment requirement.
