Message from Mr. Childers October 4, 2020
This is Tom Childers contacting you from Antioch Elementary. Parents only have a few hours left to choose between face to face instruction (Plan "A") or virtual instruction (Plan "D"). This commitment is for the remainder of the 2020 - 2021 school year. Parents may access the FAQ related to this important decision. View page 21 of the document to see the current numbers for families who are choosing virtual instruction (plan "D").
Parents must use this link to complete the Scribbles Application for Plan D. The deadline for choosing your child’s plan is Sunday, October 4th at 11:59pm.
Afternoon Dismissal Changes:
Antioch Elementary anticipants that the number of afternoon car riders will soon increase. Our staff has made changes in an effort to minimize your wait and keep everyone safe. If you are picking up a fourth or fifth grade student, please arrive after 2:10pm each day. Fourth and Fifth Grade students and their siblings will be picked up from the bus lot after 2:10pm daily. Parents will be directed to the bus lot after 2:10pm. Parents will be directed to park in the staff parking lot if they arrive before this time as traffic is not permitted in the bus lot until the buses have departed.

Union County Public Schools values the feedback of our students, parents and staff. In an effort to continue high quality, rigorous learning experiences and social-emotional support for students, the school district has partnered with Panorama Education to administer a survey to 3rd – 12th graders. The survey window is Sept. 28 – Oct. 8 and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The link will be sent via Canvas and students will need their Student ID for access.
