This is Tom Childers contacting you from Antioch Elementary. Parents please note that the car rider line will close daily at 7:25am. If you arrive after that time, you will need to park your car and walk students to the front door. In January, our school will begin requiring parents to come into the building to sign in students who are tardy. I encourage you to arrive early if you wish to utilize the car rider line for morning drop off.
Monday is the last day to contribute to the food drive. Thank you everyone who has already contributed. Congratulations to the classroom spelling bee champions. These students will compete during the Antioch Spelling Bee on Tuesday morning at 9:00am. The winner will advance to the UCPS Spelling Bee to compete against other students in the district. On Wednesday, our third grade students will participate in the CogAT assessment. Parents may click this link to find additional information regarding the assessment. Progress Reports will go home on Wednesday.

Antioch Elementary has nearly a hundred staff members and it is sometimes very difficult for our office staff to determined who called you. Please note that our school receives many phone calls each day.
