UCVirtual Student of the Six Weeks October 21, 2021

Anna RyanUCVirtual is our in-house blended learning program built by UCPS teachers. UCPS students are able to take a variety of courses in our online learning platform, Canvas.  This month we are proud to recognize Anna Ryan and Andrew Adler as the #VirtuallyAwesome Students of the Six Weeks!

Anna Ryan is currently a senior at Cuthbertson High School. She is currently enrolled in UCV Honors Mythology. Anna was nominated for this recognition by her teacher, Mrs. Allison Sweeney. Mrs. Sweeney had these kind words to say about Anna, “It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Anna Ryan for UCVirtual Student of the 6 Weeks. Anna is self-motivated, self-disciplined, communicative, committed, and analytical. Her work ethic goes above and beyond and she is an amazing addition to our class this semester!”

Andrew Adler

Andrew Adler is currently a   senior at Central Academy   for Technology and Arts. He   was nominated for this   recognition by his UCVirtual   Earth and Environmental   Science teacher Donna   Irvin.  “Andrew is a top   student in the class. His M3   Honors portfolio submission   was very creative as he   made a model of a   bioluminescent jellyfish!   While he is a 5th block   student, he made time to   stop by to introduce himself   to me to make a personal   connection,” stated Mrs.   Irvin.

Anna and Andrew both received a #VirtuallyAwesome Certificate and UCVirtual #VirtuallyAwesome t-shirt to recognize them as outstanding students!  We are extremely proud to honor these students and their achievements, they are truly #VirtuallyAwesome!
