My name is Abril Arteaga Deleon, I am 17 years old and I live with my mom and my brother. I have 2 step sisters and 1 brother and he's the only real sibling I have and I obviously am closer to him. He’s like a dad and means so much to me. He took care of me when my mom had to work day and night to keep us alive, give us a place to live, food and all of our needs. I am a very simple person. I play volleyball and I like to draw and paint and when I have time. I like to watch Netflix and Disney +.

My favorite thing about school is I like to be here face to face with a teacher. I feel like I do not learn anything without someone telling me and just looking at a video. My favorite subject in school is English, I may not read but to me it's interesting. I have always been involved in school stuff- art clubs, sport clubs and in 9th grade I got into volleyball and FFA. I helped sell plants and went to the fair with them.  We even did a small zoo at school for the elementary schools. My favorite colors are blue and black and I like dinosaurs. I like to play video games with my brother. I sometimes laugh at everything and I can be a bit crazy sometimes but I can be very quiet sometimes, too. It takes me a while to get comfortable with people but I am very nice and I can talk. I like to meet new people and I like to hang around people who want to make big moves and see good futures in each other. I want to make big moves and will make big moves  one day.
