  • Open House Information

    Open House for 1st through 5th grade students will be held on Thursday, August 25th from 4 PM to 6 PM.  You can stop by and meet your child's teacher at tis time!  For our new Kindergarten Pirates, your Open House will be held on Thursday, September 1st from 3 PM to 5 PM.  We look forward to seeing everybody!!

  • Porter Ridge Elementary Media Center Summer Hours

    The Porter Ridge Elementary School Media Center will be open Tuesday mornings from 9 - 12 on the following days: June 21, June 28, July 5, July 12, July 19, July 26, August 2, and August 9. Hope to see our Pirates stop by to check out books!

  • Kindergarten Registration for the 2016-2017 School Year

    Registration for next year's Kindergarten students starts on February 8th! Parents should register their child at the elementary school located in their attendance area. Click here for more information on the registration process.

    Students in Mrs. Moats’ ESL class have done several things this year to share about their heritages. While connections are often made on a daily basis, each grade level did different activities in a Mini-Heritage Unit.

    Pinwheels for Syria from Porter Ridge Pirates!

    Porter Ridge Elementary students have participated in Students Rebuild Healing Classrooms Challenge! For each pinwheel that they made and mailed in, the Bezos Family Foundation donated $2.00 to the International Rescue Committee’s Healing Classrooms program to help Syrian children from conflict areas recover from crisis and grow into happy, healthy adults.
