UCPS and PRMS Attendance Policy
September is Attendance Awareness Month! Attendance is a vital part of your child’s instruction. Parents, please make sure to review the attendance policy in the student handbook starting on page 14. The attendance policy covers absences, early dismissals, and tardiness. If you have any questions, please call the school at 704-225-7555.
Clubs are usually thought of as an afterschool, extra-curricular part of the school experience. From art club to Spanish club, afterschool organizations have sought to bring students together in common interests. Porter Ridge has taken that idea one step further.
How did you spend your summer? I visited Jamaica with several UCPS employees to help with the construction of a new edition to a school.
