  • KES PTO’s Winter After School Enrichment Program Begins on January 29th
Registration begins Tuesday, 1/14 and ends Friday, 1/24

Below are brief descriptions of the programs, the required grade levels, the cost, and the website or email you will use to register your child(ren).  Registration and payment will be handled directly by the businesses that are offering the programs, so please do not send any payments to school, as they will be returned to you.  Also, please do not wait to register, as space is limited in each program and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This program runs for 8 weeks* and will be held on the following Wednesdays:
    January 29        February 5, 12 (*no ArtBox session on 2/12), 19, 26        March 4, 11, 18

The classes begin right after school from 2:15 pm to approximately 3:15 pm, after which the children are brought to either after-care or the front of the school for dismissal.  Please remember to give your child(ren) an extra snack on these days, as they will have a snack at the beginning of their class.

    Discounts for Volunteers
Many of our enrichment partners offer discounts to those, who volunteer in their classrooms.  Please ask our partners about volunteering opportunities when you register your child(ren).

    Pick-up at Dismissal
Please arrive by 3:10 pm, park your vehicle and come to the front of the school.  The four front doors will have signs on them identifying each class. Please find your child’s class and form a line in front of that door.  As the children arrive at the front of the school, we will request you initial the dismissal form and your child will then be able to leave. No child will be released without your initials, as your child’s safety is our first concern.  Also, if someone else is picking up your child, your child needs to leave early, or you are running late, please call the front office to let us know.  If your child has not been picked up once all the other children have, we will call the phone number you registered class with, so please make sure it is a number that we can quickly reach you at.

If you have any questions or suggestions on programs you would like to see at Kensington, or you would like to be involved with this program, please feel free to contact us at
