  • Girls on the Run of Union County is seeking enthusiastic and positive volunteers to inspire and empower a group of 8-15 girls this spring!
Girls on the Run coaches help girls grow their confidence, set big goals, and work toward their dreams! You do not have to be a runner yourself to coach, just make sure you are committed to developing and celebrating our girls!
A team of 2-3 coaches will lead the group twice a week after school for ten weeks. The season will begin the week of February 10th and end with a celebratory 5K event on April 25th.
We need coaches for our Monday/Wednesday team- 2:00-3:30.
Learn how you can help girls at your school as a coach for the Spring 2020 season by emailing bonnie@girlsontherununion.org.
Visit the Girls on the Run of Union County website to learn more: www.girlsontherununion.org

  • We are in need of lunch monitors again this year and would appreciate your help!  Like last year, we are asking that 10 volunteers sign up for each grade level's lunch time, rather than just signing up for one specific teacher. Volunteers are asked to monitor the flow into and out of the cafeteria, assist students in the lunch line, as well as at their tables while they are eating. A duty-free lunch is when the teacher does not have to be in the cafeteria monitoring his/her class and they get the opportunity to enjoy a quiet lunch on their own.
