Calling all cooks!  We need Sardis families to submit short (5-8 minute) cooking videos for our latest PARENT ENGAGEMENT PROJECT.  We would love to feature your family on "Cooking with Sardis" to premeir on the Sardis Youtube channel next month!  Watch this short video to learn more!  DEADLINE TO SUBMIT VIDEOS IS MARCH 25, 2021.

Checking out library books looks a little different this year.  This is at least for the time being due to the Covid 19 pandemic and the safety measures put in place by Union County Public Schools (UCPS).  In order to reduce the amount of contact with books shared among students, students will not be able to browse directly in the same manner they have in previous years.  Students in grades 2-5 may instead use Destiny Discover (the online catalog system) to find books and place holds on them.  These books will them be pulled for them by staff and delivered to their classrooms.  For Virtual Academy students, parents may pick up books on Fridays between 12 and 2 pm in the front foyer.  Students in grades K and 1 will have times to do visual browsing in the media center when scheduled by their teachers.  The no touch system is designed to keep everyone safe.
