Announcements

  • As a way to promote kindness and diversity WMS is asking students to create video Public Service Announcements.  Videos will be submitted HERE and the winner will be featured on our morning broadcast.  The top three videos will be chosen and a prize awarded to the best video.
    Video Requirements include but are not limited to:

    • A one to two minute video created on your phone.
    • Videos should address an issue of kindness and or diversity. 
    • Your video can include individual stories, it can be a music video, a skit, montage, documentary or animation.
    • Be creative and original.
    • Include a memorable quote, slogan or statement that promotes Kindness and/or Diversity. Like “Geico can save you 15% on car insurance” or “in a world where you can be anything, be kind.”
    • Videos are due by February 21, 2019.

  • Beginning December 10, students will be asked to take a mobile learning impact survey during the day.  Developed by the team at Project Tomorrow, building on more than a decade of evaluation studies and insights from the Speak Up Research Project for Digital Learning, this survey is a research-based tool designed to help school leaders. You may preview the survey questions here.  If you'd like for your child to opt out of the survey please contact his/her teacher.

  • You can access your student's PowerSchool information by using the same username and password from last year.  If you need this information, you must come to the front office with a picture ID.  You can also upload the newest PowerSchool app.  When searching for your school's code, use domain:  ucps.powerschool.com/public

  •  Login to the PowerSchool Parent Portal at https://ucps.powerschool.com/public.  If you do not have a PowerSchool login, you may obtain one in the main office.
