Student Supplies will be delivered to your child's classroom if you ordered supplies through our PTO.

The State Board of Education has moved to a new Student Information System. Beginning this school year, Union County Public Schools will no longer use PowerSchool. Infinite Campus will be used to access grades, schedules, attendance, assignments and other important school information.

Parents can now claim their account in Infinite Campus.

    • To get started, visit https://portalaccess.ncsis.gov/ to claim your account.
    • Once an account is created, parents will be prompted to complete an Annual Update when accessing the parent portal for the first time.

To get started, please review the support materials. We have provided a Step-by-step guide, Step-by-step video for the annual update, and a Frequently Asked Questions document. All of these resources are also located on our Infinite Campus webpage, which can be accessed from the Students and Families section at ucps.k12.nc.us or your school's homepage.

    Changes to School Nutrition:

Each year Union County Public Schools loses several hundred thousand dollars due to unpaid cafeteria charges. This deficit creates a burden on our school system to cover this expense. The UCPS Board of Education has recently adopted a new policy that permits a minimal level of debt to incur without penalty. Students may charge the "regular" meal. Once students have a negative balance of $18.75, they will be discretely directed to the alternative meal option.

Our staff will communicate this information with your child and they will be redirected accordingly. Parents should utilize the School Nutrition payment center to add money to your child's account and check the balance.

Our school has made some changes to the student dress code for the 2025 - 2026 school year. Please be aware of these guidelines as you are shopping for back to school clothing.

    • Extremely short shorts, skirts or dresses are not permitted.  (Please check to ensure all shorts, dresses, and skirts are long enough to reach the tip of your child’s middle finger with the arms stretched straight down the side of the leg.)  Students wearing shorts/skirts of an inappropriate length will be sent to the office to call their parents and request appropriate clothing.
    • Students may not go barefoot: flip-flops, slides, and shoes with cleats or rollers are not allowed. Children should not wear shoes without ankle straps. This is particularly important as we have physical activity daily. Crocs, slides, and slippers are prohibited at Antioch due to slipping and playground hazards.

Thank you for supporting our school - working together as one team on one mission, we are meeting needs, challenging minds, and celebrating accomplishments.

Until next time… Have a great week!
