RRES has a goal for every student to become effective and independent users of ideas and information. Students will achieve this goal by exploring a variety of literature, as well as research projects in alignment with the North Carolina Media/Technology Essential Standards that correlate with core subject areas. Read aloud, partner sharing, group talks, and activities will be part of our every day lessons.
Staff at Rock Rest promote the love of reading with each student they encounter and help develop gratitude for various types of literature.Media Center Expectations1- Follow directions2- Be attentive, focused, and engaged.3- Stay in bounds4- Respect others and property.Learn more about a library through these fun, interative sites
