    • Grade Choice Form: The Grade Choice Form has been sent to students and asks for students and parents to complete to indicate their choice for each course grade (numeric or code) and submit that to the school for processing. Teachers have sent this form with more information to students to help with decision-making.  We stress that it is best for students to access this form on their computer and with their school credentials because the form requires verification of student account.
