Stallings Elementary School NC Report Card
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about North Carolina's school accountability program and Stallings Elementary. While test scores are one way to measure accountability and success, there are many other indicators of school quality that are important to our school staff, parents, and community members. The North Carolina School Report Card includes important information about school and student performance as well as information regarding class sizes, attendance, school safety, instructional resources, and teacher quality. There also is information about how our school measured against federal and state Annual Measurable Objective (AMO) targets and the number of suspensions and expulsions in our school. Report data is available for our school, our school district, and for the state’s education system as a whole. Our school’s full Report Card can be found on the NC School Report Card website at http://www.ncreportcards.org. At Stallings Elementary, we are very proud to have met 100% of our state and federal AMO targets and to have exceeded our expected student learning growth goals for the 2016-2017 school year!
State and local education leaders are committed to providing parents with more information about schools. Well-informed parents who participate in their children’s education enhance the learning environment for students and educators alike. At Stallings Elementary your involvement is very important to our success! I encourage you to not only review our school’s Report Card but also to visit our school’s website to keep up with the wonderful learning opportunities and “family like” culture that we are so proud of at Stallings. Please feel free to contact the school if you would like to discuss this report card or any other interests you may have in Stallings Elementary. The faculty and staff at Stallings appreciate your support as we strive to prepare every child for a successful future.
