Mr. Chandler taught for 17 years before transitioning to an assistant principal role. As a classroom teacher, he strived to develop relationships with students, aware of the impact it had on their behavior and academic performance and now as an assistant principal, he invests much of his time and energy in teachers. Mr. Chandler does my best each and every day to ensure teachers know he genuinely cares about them as individuals and professionals. He always makes time to listen, address concerns, offer guidance and provide instructional feedback so that teachers have the support they need to be successful in the classroom. Above all else, he tries to set a good example for others on a daily basis, which is where he believes true leadership begins.
