• Shiloh has implemented our PBIS program (Positive Behavior Instructional Support)! Our PAWS (Positive Attitudes Work Successfully) behavior expectation matrix is our school-wide discipline policy that encompasses behavior expectations, character traits we teach and encourage, as well as any consequences students may experience when behavior expectations are not followed. The goal of our program is to teach students appropriate behaviors, while focusing on positive character traits that we want all students to exhibit as we prepare them to be successful! We are excited about the program and the positive changes we have seen since we began the PBIS program. We look forward to seeing continued growth!
