  • Choice in Plans for School Starting April 12, 2021

On March 15, the Union County Board of Education voted to move all schools from Plan B to Plan A with in-person instruction five days a week. Plan A will begin on Monday, April 12.

Students currently enrolled in Plan B will be automatically moved to Plan A and be assigned to attend school Monday through Friday each week starting on April 12. School opens for students at 8:00 am and school hours are 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Students currently under Plan D (virtual school) will remain in Plan D and continue to learn remotely.

Attendance procedures will remain as they have been this year. If a Plan A student is not physically present at school, they will be marked 2A which is an unexcused absence unless they are sick or in quarantine. Please remember that attending classes every day is the optimal way for students to learn, however attendance does not directly affect students’ grades this year. Student grades are based on the completion of and quality of work submitted in each course.

To request a change in Plan for your student, please complete this form. If you are not requesting a change, you do not need to complete this form.
Your email address will be recorded when you submit this form.
