UCPS has thousands of employees who go the extra mile each and every day. To celebrate their unmatched passion and commitment to positively influencing the lives of students and their peers, the district honors these employees through the UCPS Influencers Program. Each month, we need your help to choose one instructional and one non-instructional employee for the impact they have on others.

The winners are recognized at the regular Board of Education meeting. Their recognition includes features on the website and social media pages, a shirt and an Amazon gift card. Additionally, Honda of Indian Trail has partnered with UCPS to provide a meal for the instructional winner and their entire school staff.
