June Influencers recognized for professionalism, passion and teamwork
Union County Public Schools honored its last group of outstanding employees for the 2022-2023 school year at the June 6 Board of Education meeting.
The Influencers program celebrates the passion, dedication and exemplary work ethic of UCPS employees who go the extra mile every day. Each month, our staff members, students, families and community members have the opportunity to nominate UCPS employees for this award to recognize the positive influence they have on others.
The newest honorees for June are Danny Bailey, a social studies teacher at Forest Hills High and Naomi Lotharp, a lead custodian at Weddington High. The employees were celebrated for their professionalism, passion and teamwork. Each received a certificate, a UCPS Influencers shirt and an Amazon gift card.
