About Mrs. Williams

Lindsey Williams received her bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a concentration in birth through kindergarten licensure and her master’s degree in elementary education from Wingate University. Additionally, she completed her add-on degree in educational school leadership at Wingate University.

Mrs. Williams began her teaching career in Union County Public Schools in 2008.  She has served in many capacities during this time. She began by teaching Title 1 Pre-Kindergarten and then transitioned into First Grade. During this time Mrs. Williams also received specialized educational training and became a Reading Recovery Teacher, where she served students with special reading needs. Mrs. Williams has worked for the UCPS Elementary Department as an Instructional Content Facilitator.  In this role, she supported district initiatives, developed curriculum and delivered district professional development. Most recently, Mrs. Williams served as assistant principal at New Town Elementary School. 

Mrs. Williams resides in Waxhaw with her husband Chance’ and her two sons, Avery and Corey. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing outside with her children and running. Mrs. Williams is excited to be a part of the Shiloh Valley Primary family and bring her love of curriculum and instruction to the community.

About Mrs. Aldredge

Mrs. Aldredge was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and now lives in Union County. She graduated with a degree in K-6 education from Western Carolina University in 2000.  Mrs. Aldredge attended UNCC where she obtained her master's in Curriculum and Supervision.  She also attended Wingate University to receive her master's in School Administration.  

Mrs. Aldredge was a first-grade teacher and a curriculum coordinator at Windsor Park Elementary in CMS for five years. She worked at Shiloh elementary as a third-grade teacher for 9 years and the assistant principal for 5 years before transitioning to Shiloh Valley Primary as the current assistant principal.
