About Our School

  • Parkwood Middle serves sixth through eighth-grade students. We are about seven miles south of downtown Monroe, approximately 30 miles southeast of Charlotte, and only minutes away from the historic Town of Waxhaw. The Parkwood school community includes Prospect Elementary, Waxhaw Elementary, Western Union Elementary, and Parkwood High School. We are a Leader in Me school, which provides many opportunities for our students to lead their own clubs, maintain leadership positions in our school and participate in community service projects. We provide excellent academics, diverse personalities and plenty of creativity to go around. We often work closely with our feeder elementary schools and high school.

Parkwood Middle School is located in Union County, North Carolina.
