    • 2023-24 Technology Fees: Union County Public Schools is committed to providing all students with the best tools they need for quality education. UCPS is proud of its 1:1 access model for students in grades 3 – 12. These students receive a Chromebook, which provides access to digital content for educational purposes.

      At the start of the 2023-2024 school year, UCPS will reinstate a technology fee. Families will be responsible for paying a $30 annual technology user fee per student in grades 3 – 12. This fee includes accidental insurance coverage and will ensure that students have the most robust technology available to enhance individualized learning and resources for any necessary repairs. The technology fee will be waived for students who qualify for free lunch.

      Parents will receive more information about the technology fee during the summer months and through back-to-school communication. Before next school year, we invite you to read the UCPS Student Chromebook Booklet 2023-2024 and learn about valuable resources, district guidelines, use of Chromebooks and more.

    • Kindergarten Registration: Find out what you need to enroll your kindergartener in Union County Public Schools. If you have questions, please contact our Data Manager, Rachelle Patterson.

    • Same Day Transportation Changes: Any same day/last minute transportation changes that need to be made during school hours MUST be in writing, no exceptions. Send an email with your student's name, student's teacher's name, original transportation and the change to Rachelle Patterson and Kim Campbell.  Please allow up to an hour to receive a confirmation email acknowledging the change.

    • New Bus Rider Form: If you would like to have your student be a bus rider in the morning and/or afternoon, please email Rachelle Patterson.    Any questions about bus ridership can also be directed to Mrs. Patterson via email.

    • Student Absences: If your child will not be at school, please send an email to our Data Manager, Rachelle Patterson.  Please include your child's name, teacher name, date of absence(s) and reason for absence.  Our Data Manager will notify you when she receives your e-mail.  If you send an e mail, you do not need to send a hand written note.
