Union County Public Schools' Service Learning Award

UCPS would like to recognize students for outstanding community services. Students in grades 9 through 12 can have the opportunity to be a recipient of the Community Services Award. Cuthbertson High School will acknowledge one (1) student per grade level to receive this award during the Academic Excellence Awards. Listed below includes the selection criteria for this award:

1. Letter of application outlining student’s community service during previous 12 months.
2. Community service can be school-based or community-based
3. Students need to submit two (2) letters of support form non-relative adults who have intimate knowledge of, or who are in a position to, verify the student’s record of community service.
4. Letters of application and support should be submitted to the Guidance Office.
